This hotel is located next to a rubbish management facility and close to a market. So it is located at a not so nice environment. However, the hotel is very close to public transportation especially if you are taking A11 airport bus. The reception is located on level 3. The hotel is relatively new although the room is a bit small but has all the standard facilities. It is also very good value. Highly recommend for single traveler and for a short stay in Hong Kong.

the staff members are amazing! and the room is great too! thank you very much for the upgrade, the only thing is that the air conditioner has a high-frequency noise that makes it difficult to fall asleep so I have to turn it off.

"Due to a HK policy of no use of plastic - there was no water in the room which if you come in late after a long travel day and wake up and need water there is nothing. They need to put in place a system that other hotels use which is to use reusable glass bottles and have an on-site UV water ..."
